It is Santa's voice as made by AI voice technology, directed to sound warm and real. The words are written for your child from the details you give, and every script is checked before it is voiced so that nothing in it could upset a child or promise a particular present.
Is there a free version?
Yes, ours. Make a free printable letter from Santa, no catch. Santa's Message is different: he talks about their year, their wishes and what made you proud in his own voice, so it can only be for them.
Can I add a letter or a certificate?
Yes, at checkout. Santa's letter in the mail is $5.99 and the Nice List certificate (PDF) is $2.99. Santa's Full Bundle (the message, the mailed letter, a printed certificate and the PDF) is $17.99, which is $5.97 less than buying each part. Nothing is added unless you check it.
Can I get a personalized letter from Santa in the US?
Yes. Add Santa's letter in the mail at checkout for $5.99, or choose Santa's Full Bundle. Order the letter by December 15 for Christmas.
Can Santa call my child?
Santa's Message is a recording you play, not a live call. You can add "Santa calls back on Christmas Eve", a second short message that arrives on December 24.
What if my child's name is unusual?
Tell us how to say it when you order. "Niamh, said Neev" is all Santa needs.
Can I order for more than one child?
Yes. Add a brother or sister at checkout and each child gets their own message. The second child's message is 30% off.
What if my child is not on the Nice List?
Every child is. You choose between "on the Nice List" and "mostly nice, trying hard", and Santa is kind about both.
What if I am not happy with it?
Tell us what is wrong and we fix it. If you would rather have your money back, ask any time before Christmas Day and we refund you, no questions.
What happens to my child's details?
They are used to make the message and nothing else. We delete the message files and your child's details [60 days after Christmas]. Card details never reach us; Stripe handles payment.
