Dear Chloe,

Your mum tells me you are seven now, and that you learned to ride your bike without stabilisers this year. I have checked my big book twice, and there you are, on the Nice List.

The elves are busy with a scooter and a Lego castle. Give Biscuit a pat from me.

Love, Santa

How it works

Two minutes of your time, then the elves print, post and record.

  1. Tell Santa about your child

Their name, age, up to three wishes, something they did well this year and the family pet. About two minutes on your phone.

  2. The elves print and post it

The letter and the certificate are printed on North Pole paper and posted by Royal Mail International within two working days. Order by Thursday, 10 December for Christmas.

  3. Santa's voice lands in your inbox

Within 24 hours you get a link to your child's message page and the certificate PDF, so there is something to show while the post is on its way.

Questions parents ask

When do I need to order the letter by?
By Thursday, 10 December. Royal Mail International's last posting date is Monday, 14 December, and the elves need two days to print and post. After that, a posted letter cannot reach you before Christmas, so Santa's voice message takes its place. It arrives by email within 24 hours.
What does the letter say?
It is written for your child from the details you give: their name, age, up to three wishes, something they did well this year and the family pet. Santa mentions wishes but never promises them.
Can I buy the letter on its own?
Yes. Santa's letter in the post is €6.99 when you add it to Santa's Message at checkout. The Full Bundle is the letter, a printed certificate, the PDF and the voice message together for €17.99, which saves €5.47.
Where does it come from?
It is printed in the UK by our print partner and posted to you by Royal Mail International, with a North Pole postmark design on the paper. We do not pretend it was posted from Lapland.
Is it really Santa's voice?
It is Santa's voice as made by AI voice technology, directed to sound warm and real. The words are written for your child from the details you give, and every script is checked before it is voiced so that nothing in it could upset a child or promise a particular present.
What if I am not happy with it?
Tell us what is wrong and we fix it. If you would rather have your money back, ask any time before Christmas Day and we refund you, no questions.
