What you are buying
Santa's Message is a personalised audio recording of about a minute and a half, written from the details you give and voiced with AI voice technology. It is delivered by email as a private message page and an MP3 download. Extras (a Nice List certificate as a PDF, a printed letter and certificate in the post, a second message for a brother or sister, a Christmas Eve call-back) are optional and only added if you choose them.
When it arrives
Messages arrive within 24 hours of ordering. Letters and printed certificates are printed and posted by Royal Mail 2nd Class; order by Wednesday 16 December for delivery before Christmas. We cannot be responsible for postal delays after we have posted on time.
Our guarantee
If anything in your child's message is wrong, tell us and we fix it. If you would rather have your money back, ask any time before Christmas Day and we refund you in full, no questions asked. After Christmas Day we still fix mistakes, but the refund window has closed.
What Santa will and will not say
Santa mentions wishes but never promises a particular present. Every script is checked before it is voiced, and we may change or leave out anything that could upset a child or that we are not comfortable saying. We will tell you if we do.
Using the message
The message is for your family's own use: play it, download it and share it with relatives. Please do not sell it or pass it off as your own recording. The Santa artwork, the voice and the website are ours or licensed to us.
Prices, payment and tax
Prices are shown in pounds and include VAT where it applies. Payment is taken by Stripe when you press Pay. Black Friday prices apply from 27 to 30 November 2026 only.
The law that applies
